MADE UP MIXTAPES · SPLASH LAFLAIRE

Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE: NOVEMBER 1, 2026

Made Up Mixtapes is a free mixtape hub run by Splash Laflare. Plain version: we host tapes, run ads, and collect as little as possible.

What we collect

Email — only if you give it (mailing list, or if you submit a tape and we need to reach you). Used for replies and updates. Unsubscribe any time.
Submission info — artist name, links, and cover art you send for a submission, used only to list your tape.
Nothing else. We don't sell, rent, or trade anything.

This site shows ads (Google AdSense or similar). Ad networks may use their own cookies per their policies; you can control ad personalization in your Google account or browser.

Your music

You keep all rights to anything you submit. Submitting means you authorize us to host and stream your tape and display the cover/name you send. You can request removal any time by emailing us.

Browser storage

Small local preferences only, if any. Nothing tracked off-device by us.

Children

The site is a general-audience music hub. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
